    1. Description of maintenance/review schedule in document
      1. Has been added, purposefully vague since we don't yet have a schedule for future review
      2. Use SMIG as main point of contact for future feedback
        1. maybe need to edit SMIG wiki to show more directly how to contact via samvera-metadata google group;
        2. maybe SMIG wiki is where update schedule for this doc should be posted
          1. easier to edit in future if that schedule changes
        3. overall IG/WG wiki template might change how things are structured and linked on wiki but SMIG should probably adjust its content in the meantime
    2. Update version to 1.0 and cut a PDF release
      1. PDF version will be created as soon as Eben figures out full examples feedback from MODS committee

        1. Add as attachment to MODS-RDF main page, then we will use that attachment link

      1. Maybe quarterly? Can also be called as needed when feedback comes in or something happens to trigger review of mapping (BF 3.0, domain we're using goes away)?
      2. aim for quarterly meetings for now and see how that goes
      3. add this info to MODS and RDF working group wiki page as an updated meeting schedule

      1. No published schedule, this will likely be as needed?

    6. Opaque predicate requests, update as they become available
      1. Samvera Community Vocab Manager - working on RFP for Steering to review
      2. can ask for these predicates through URI Selection Working Group
        1. can create Github issues to request new properties from URI Selection Working Group while figuring out the RFP info for Steering
      3. can also ask for opaquenamespace.org to create properties
