3. Update of Charter for DPG
4. Ongoing Digital Preservation activities
1. University of Hull, London
   1. Report from Archivematica testing
      1. Has installed Archimematica and testing is in progress.
      2. UK Archivematica IP with link to Hydra will have their starting meeting Wednesday next week.
2. The Royal Library, Copenhagen, Denmark:
   1. Hydra activities in 2015
      1. The release test phase started in December 2014 is in the final stage.
      2. The new versions of the administration and preservation production systems will be able to ingest print-ready files (pdf and epub) and long-term preserve the print-ready files.
      3. We expect it will be possible to have a demonstration of how we have implemented the preservation process in the new version of the systems at the next conference call. If possible we will share our screen in Skype to show the process. When we are sure the demonstration can be implemented we will announce it in the conference call invitation.
