Complete a discussion summary document that provides context of the work done to date by Friday, January 19th, 2018
- Circulate the summary document to the community on Monday, January 29th, 2016
Draft and initial governance proposal by Friday, February 16th, 2018
Solicit community input on the governance proposal between Monday, February 19th - Friday, March 2nd, 2018
Complete a revised proposal incorporating stakeholder feedback by Monday, March 12th, 2018
Circulate a final proposal to the community between Monday, March 12, 2018 - Monday, April 2nd, 2018
Hold a community vote to take place within 2 weeks of the Spring 2018 Partner Meeting.
Adopt a governance model.
