Ask: Keynote Speaker suggestions for Samvera Connect 2021 Online
What we need: This year we are looking for a keynote speaker from outside the Community, ideally with a connection to a Partner or adopter institution or organization. This might be a scholar who can share their research, or someone who can speak about a broader topic of interest to the Community.
Time frame: Please submit your idea or design by August 15th, 2021

Ask: T-shirt design ideas for Samvera Connect 2021 Online
What we need: We need a design for the 2021 Connect t-shirt and sticker! Before we look for an outside designer, we wanted to offer the Community the option to submit design ideas to the Committee
Who we need: Anyone in the Community can submit a design! We know there are lots of creative Samverans, so we want to give you the opportunity to share your ideas.
Time frame: Please submit your idea or design by August 15th, 2021

Ask: Calls for proposals - Samvera Connect 2021 Online
Connect Online programming is intended to serve the needs of attendees from throughout our Community, from potential adopters to expert Samverans, in many roles including developers, managers, sysops, metadata librarians, and others who are interested in Samvera technologies and Community activities.
Workshops: submission form open through Sunday, August 15th, 2021
The Workshops form includes the option to request a workshop on a specific topic that you would like to attend. The Program Committee will use these suggestions to solicit workshops from the Community.
Presentations and Panels: submission form open through Tuesday, August 31st, 2021
Lightning Talks: submission form open through Thursday, September 30th, 2021
Virtual Posters: submission form open through Thursday, September 30th, 2021

Ask: Q&A Session facilitators
What we need: We still need facilitators for other 30 minute Q&A sessions on any topic you'd like, such as a specific feature, gem, customization, troubleshooting strategy, or any other Samvera technology-related area.
Who we need: Anyone at any level who wants to share their passion for a specific Samvera technology topic

What we need: Volunteers to help plan and program the 2021 Connect On-line conference
Who we need: Anyone can join, and first-time participants are especially welcome!
Time frame: Every other week on Thursday at 12pm ET through September 16th
