Notch8 has what it needs to proceed with its Hyku for Consortia permission work.
There are permission issues regarding Avalon, that need resolution. But the roadmap for Avalon shifted. The permission work is still desired and not pressing.
We recognize that the Valkyrie work is our greater community need.
Plan: write up close-out report, spin down working group, and launch an interest group which meets monthly.
