• Schedule a date to “turn off” the old kb site

  • Should we “unpublish” or “delete”?

    • Delete is probably the right call

  • Can we redirect the old URL to the knew kb?

    • Heather will ask Michael Klein if we can do this automatically via DNS

    • If not, we could post a blank page to the old kb that has a link users can click to get to the new one

• Schedule a date to share the Charter for the new IG with the community
