  • catering is the thing that needs the most planning from VND

  • researcher from the institutions has been the presenter in the past, talking about their research. Good for a local person to start looking for a keynote presenter

  • scholarships? What do we cover/can we cover? will talk to VenueND

  • For Wednesday, we could do sessions instead of an unconference if the one day does seem too tight for the number of proposals we receive

  • need to look at the regional airport schedule to make sure we have the first day scheduled accordingly. Could have posters and reception in the evening.
