  • Decide if we want to separate Host Committee and Program Committee

  • Finalize workshop CFP to send on Monday

  • Review existing timeline and begin adding/adjusting dates

  • Plan a time to review budget, determine registration cost and how to cover upfront costs

  • Will call this one lean group and do local arrangements separately, because we have VenueND

  • Will talk to Venue ND about how to do the registration

  • catering is the thing that needs the most planning from VND

  • researcher from the institutions has been the presenter in the past, talking about their research. Good for a local person to start looking for a keynote presenter

  • scholarships? What do we cover/can we cover? will talk to VenueND

  • For Wednesday, we could do sessions instead of an unconference if the one day does seem too tight for the number of proposals we receive

  • need to look at the regional airport schedule to make sure we have the first day scheduled accordingly. Could have posters and reception in the evening.

  • want to use sched as the conference site
