- Preparing call for next Hyrax Maintenance Working Group cycle (July-December 2021)
  - Point of maintenance WG is small fixes, day-to-day things
  - WG should be separate from grant work even if PO and Tech Lead are part of both
  - What about 3 month call? July-September; makes it hard to have to do multiple calls, stick with 6 month
  - Tech Lead call is separate from WG call - tamsin stepping down as Tech Lead at end of September
    - Need role description for this (like there was for Hyrax PO)
  - Call for WG needs to go out ASAP
    - Julie drafting and sending to Heather and tamsin, then sharing with IG via Slack end of this week/beginning of next week
  - Call for Tech Lead will go out when we know about grant (so description of work is accurate)
    - There are docs that exist with some previous description - Google Docs? Thoughts from Julie A and technical coordinator description
  - Need IG advocate to find next Tech Lead - Heather says she can do this
