Registration includes meals as listed below and a conference t-shirt. Workshops are also included but seats are limited. Registration may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days before the start of the conference. Registration is free!

All registrants must agree to the below COVID-19 policies and to the Samvera Code of Conduct and Anti-Harassment Policy.

COVID-19 Health and Safety

All attendees are expected to be vaccinated for COVID-19 at the time of the conference.

The conference will follow venue, local and CDC requirements and regulations regarding mask wearing, social distancing and related health measures. All attendees are required to adhere to all University of Notre Dame COVID-19 policies in effect at the time of the conference. Updated policies are always available at https://covid.nd.edu/policies/

While masking is currently optional on the University of Notre Dame campus, anyone who would prefer to wear a mask in any setting is welcome to do so. Please do NOT attend the event if you have recently tested positive or are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms.
