Location Information

University of Notre Dame is located in South Bend, Indiana and is in the Eastern Time Zone. The conference hotel and venues are all located on campus. See the conference Google Map for details.

Hotel Accommodations – The Morris Inn

The conference hotel is the Morris Inn, conveniently located on the Notre Dame campus and a two minute walk from the McKenna Hall event venue. The conference room block rate is $149 per night for either a Traditional King or Traditional Queen room. Reservations must be made by 4pm on September 23rd, 2022 to guarantee the conference rate.

You must use the above link to book your reservation online. Any guest room booked through online booking sites will not be considered a part of the room block.

Reservations may also be made by calling the Hotel Reservations Department at 800-280-7256. Be sure to tell the booking agent you are part of the Samvera Connect group to get the conference rate.

Check-In time is 4:00pm. Guests may be checked-in earlier depending on occupancy levels and availability of ready rooms. Check-out time is 11:00am. Overnight Valet is available at $20/night and complimentary self-parking is available at the Bookstore West Lot.

Travel Routes

  • Air

    • Recommended: Fly directly to South Bend International Airport (SBN) via many major carriers and major international hubs including United from Chicago O’Hare or Newark; Delta from Atlanta, Detroit, or Minneapolis; American from Charlotte or Dallas/Fort Worth. The campus is a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport.

    • Other options: Fly to Chicago O’Hare, Chicago Midway, or Indianapolis and drive about 2 hours to South Bend.

  • Driving

    • University of Notre Dame is located within a 5-6 hour drive of many Midwestern cities including Chicago, Detroit, Ann Arbor, Cleveland, Columbus, Indianapolis, St. Louis, Pittsburgh, Milwaukee, and Madison.
