Reporting: Viewing Repository Activity

Activity Summary

As Repository Administrators, you will have more detailed screens that allow you to monitor your tenant. You can view the Activity Summary straight from the Dashboard, or from Dashboard > Repository Activity > Activity Summary. Here, you can see a graph of your Repository Growth, which shows you how many Works and Collections were added per date. There are also circle charts that detail the visibility of Works, how many of each Work type exists, and how many of each resource type exists. At the bottom, you can see a list of all Admin Sets with how many Works and files are in each Admin Set.

Note that more robust analytics are available by linking to a Google Analytics or Motomo account. This work is currently in flux, and Hyku has not caught up to GA4 at this time. This documentation
