Scope & Objectives
Chartered by the Samvera Marketing Working Group, the Website Migration Working Group will assist the Community Manager in moving the samvera.org website from Wordpress to hosting on GitHub pages.
The Working Group will:
Create a migration plan for the website
Enact the migration plan to move the website to hosting on the Samvera GitHub repository
Recreate and/or refine the website in consultation with the Marketing Working Group
Document the maintenance needed for the website
Deliverables & Timeframe
Migration of the http://samvera.org website from WordPress.
Meeting Times & Communication Channels
On the agenda of the first meeting, which will be scheduled following a doodle poll made available to interested community members, will be the decision about meeting frequency and meeting schedule. The group will use the existing Samvera communication channels such as mailing lists and slack channels.
