About Samvera Connect

Drawing together the diversity of universities and organizations in the digital library and archives space, Samvera Connect is an annual assembly for participants in the vibrant Samvera Open Source Community.  The meeting welcomes delegates from universities, organizations, and vendor companies participating in the development, management or use of the Samvera Framework - the leading-edge open source repository and archival technology for use in museums, libraries and archives.  Connect provides attendees with a forum for sharing the progress of the prior year and a fulcrum for planning and collaboration for the coming year.

Samvera Connect 2019 will take place at Washington University in St. Louis, from October 22 to 25.  

Currently comprising 36 Partner institutions and organizations (and growing!), we anticipate Connect will draw upward of 150 attendees, including administrators, managers, developers, DevOps, librarians and archivists.  The event will feature presentations, panels, posters, working and interest group sessions and meetings of IT and organizational leaders.

Samvera Connect is an opportunity to interact with an audience of information technologists, leaders in the library and archive community, organization administrators and decision-makers.  Join us in meetings, in formal and informal chats, and at social events around Connect, and learn how you can impact the community.
