Feedback:

  • Collection Configuration
    • Discussed whether there should be a default configuration which was discussed in the original requirements working group.  It was decided that the complexity added was more than the benefits of the flexibility of having defaults.  So it was decided not to have default configuration.
    • Sites can create a collection type via a generator.  Then the collection type can be configured through UI.
    • Site can create as many collection types as needed.  It is anticipated that the number of collection types will be small (1 to 5).  This is based on the use cases by the members of the working group.
  • Collections listing (all)
    • Noted that Admin Sets were not moved to the list of collections with a type of AdminSet.  There was some hesitation to do this and want to have more conversations.  We will discuss more at next meeting.
  • Collections listing (yours)
    • Assumes this user does not have privileges to see the All Collections tab.
    • Assumes this user can only create one type of collection, so the Type column is not shown.
    • Otherwise, basically the same as the All Collections listing
  • Work listing (all)
    • No comments, clarifications, or requested changes.
