Talked about outages

All team members and POs should indicate when they will be out of office between now and January 3. To do this, go to the Scrum board, create a new issue, and change the issue type to ‘Documentation’. Enter your time out. Someone should also make sure there is an Outage notice for every campus as a whole, if there are campus-wide closures.   

Sized the stories

First story HYDRASIR-11: first time out with the story sizing and polling. Continued with the story discussion and sizing.

  • Confirmed that sprint planning switched from 1/20 to 1/17 for Hydra Connect meeting.
  • Decided to use Skype for Daily Stand Ups
