Conference registration
Conference registration will open on July 1st and we shall operate an 'early bird' policy:
Early Bird registration $265 (1st July - 12 September)
Regular registration $285 (13 September - 18 October)
We do not guarantee that we will be able to honor t-shirt size preferences or notified dietary restrictions for bookings made after 30th September.
Refund policy: Refunds (less a $15 administration fee) will be available up to 11th October. After that date, no refunds will be possible.
The registration fee covers all workshop and conference sessions Tuesday 22nd October - Friday 25th October. In addition, it includes a light breakfast on the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; morning refreshment breaks Wednesday and Thursday; lunch on Wednesday and Thursday; the poster reception on Wednesday afternoon; and an afternoon refreshment break on Thursday.
Conference delegates joining us for one or more workshops will be asked to register for these separately so that we can allocate each workshop to an appropriately sized room, and so that we can contact workshop participants ahead of the event with any necessary advance information. We will post details of workshop registration in due course.
