Scope & Objectives

Explore the crossover between the roles of project and service management, including:  

  • Overlapping roles of service manager, product owner, project manager

  • Interest in learning more about agile in order to better work in teams and collaborate

  • Recommendations about roles and methodologies

  • Moving from project management to sustaining services

  • Bridging gaps between developers and non-developers

  • Align the local efforts with the community 
  • Applying agile practices
