  1. Hyrax Tech Leadership for 2025; mentorship opportunity for a 2026 Tech Lead

    1. Indiana University has offered 25% of Daniel’s time and 40% of Randall’s time for Hyrax activities in 2025 only

    2. Looking for a volunteer leader to work with them for 20% time, for mentorship and skill building to take on the role at 30% time in 2026

    3. Opportunity to adjust this role in future, in coordination with the activities of the Hyku leadership grant-funded role

    1. If you’re submitting to present at OR2025 please let Heather know - The deadline for submissions has been extended to January 13, 2025.

    2. Spring 2025 Partner meeting at Northwestern - looking at afternoon of Tuesday, March 25th and morning of Wednesday, March 26th

    3. Don’t forget to vote in the Board election - ballots were sent to primary contacts. Deadline is the 18th.

    4. Reminder: new Partner meeting day and time for 2025 - 2nd Thursday at 12pm ET/9am PT/5pm GMT - Add the 2025 monthly Partner call to your calendar

    5. Sign up to present or facilitate a topic (5 - 30 minutes) at a 2025 Partner call - see list of ideas on the page
