We're planning a Partner meeting to be held in person at the Northwestern University Norris University Center in Evanston, Illinois. To ease travel the meeting will be split across two days: March 21st from 1-5pm, and March 22nd from 9am-1pm.
RSVP to the Partner Meeting
To help with planning, please fill out the RSVP on behalf of your organization. Even if no one from your organization can attend, it will be helpful to know how many would be interested in a virtual option if we are able to make that available.
Every member institution may send one in-person representative, and additionally all Product Owners and Technical Leads are invited to attend. Please RSVP by Friday, February 24th, 2023.

Getting there
Evanston is accessible from both Chicago O'Hare (approx. 23 min. by taxi; 1 hour 45 min by CTA train) and Midway (approx. 30 min by taxi, 1 hour 20 min by CTA train). Evanston is also on the Metra train.

There are no room blocks for the meeting, however there are five hotels within 1 mile of the University Center:

Holiday Inn Chicago North-Evanston (1.2 mile)

Meeting food and dining options
The meetings will include beverage service and light snacks. Suggested restaurants and other information will be shared closer to the meeting date.
