      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call XXXX-XX-XX"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select copy.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

        1. Space: Samvera

        2. Parent page: 2024

      4. Select copy. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove "copy of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish.

  1. Hyrax recap (Randall)

    1. HMWG sprint concluded with release 5.0.3

      1. Includes all recent work except for the Ruby 3.3/Rails 7.2 upgrades.

    2. Hyrax 5.1 under testing

      1. A few issues found in dassie to resolve before release

        1. Need to check if these exist in 5.0.3 too

      2. Indiana has interest in getting a release candidate out ASAP.

    3. One specific flaky spec has been an issue.

      1. Resolves when retrying. Not identified by rspec bisect.

  2. David ran into issue when replacing an image the thumbnail is not generated.

  3. Randall responded to request for help with starting hyku and getting “Errno::EACCES: Permission denied @ rb_sysopen -”
