1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:
  1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call 2023-xx-xx"
  2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select copy.
  3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:
    1. Space: Samvera
    2. Parent page: 2023
  4. Select copy. New page should be created.
  5. Modify the title to remove "copy of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish.

Hyrax Valkyrization Update

  3. Daniel has an interim solution - using populator and prepopulator hooks in valkyrie changeset form to make the data look as expected by form

2. Koppie (Valkyrie-only hyrax) successfully ingested an item including files using Fedora 6 metadata and file adapters

3. Still working on getting Koppie tests to pass in circleci

Avalon Fedora 6 Experiments Update
1. Spun up an empty fedora 6 backed Avalon and initial QA tests pass
2. Used Fedora’s import/export tool and migration tool to migrate a small (~1000 works) Fedora 4 Avalon instance
  1. Brought up Avalon pointing to migrated data set and reindexed
  2. Initial tests look good
3. Will continue testing both greenfield and migrated Avalon instances on Fedora 6
