Description: The Avalon Media System is a Samvera-based system for managing and providing access to large collections of digital audio and video. Through version 6, Avalon was known as an independent Samvera solution bundle. In Hyrax-based Avalon 7, the previous monolithic codebase has been broken down into components available for use outside of the solution bundle.
