Samvera Connect attendees are asked to contribute posters. Attendees have the option to print their posters in advance and bring them to the conference or print them using a printing service in Evanston:

- Quartet Printing - 825 Clark St. Evanston, IL (4 min. walk to hotel) - Can submit files online, but must pay by phone. Tell them this is for "Samvera Connect" and they will be delivered to the hotel on the day of the poster session.
- The Copy Room - 815 Dempster St, Evanston, IL 60201 - (12 min. walk to hotel)
