Meeting Notes
Daniel re: rails 8.0 => 8.1 - ran in a couple issues updating… “do what makes sense to you” was the decision
ran into a bulkrax dependency, denormalized fields. Rob can look & see if an alternative is available, probably only for error handling. Daniel forked & relaxed that requirement.
Hydra editor fixed for 8.0 and not 8.1 - still using old solr and fedora wrapper. Consider stripping out unnecessary pieces and possibly pulling into Hyrax, or pull all in and sort out later? Pull in + deprecate may be the right call… may be easier to delete unnecessary once it’s pulled in.
Rob will make the PR rundowns a priority for today. Which are blockers?

Notch8 is working this week on providing a UI for vocabulary and allowing users to control local vocabulary, as well as creating a new local authority. Will be going into Hyku.
Brad Watson: Emory is beginning to look at migration from Fedora to Valkyrie. Dealing with bugs re: multiple files per file set & how to approach preservation events.
Nick from N8 is looking for feedback on a new theme we released. Would possibly consider making it the default. https://demo.hykustaging.org/?locale=en
