    1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call XXXX-XX-XX"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select Make a copy.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

        1. Space: Samvera

        2. Parent page: (Verify value is current year)

      4. Select Make a copy. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove Copy of, update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info.

      6. Click Publish. 

Meeting Notes

  1. Daniel: Rails 8 support PR - 7.2 series is ending security support next week so it’s a good time to try to finish that work. Is anyone already focused on it? Old draft PR (by Randall Floyd).

    1. Rob: no one seems to be working on it but path is much easier by Blacklight 7 release that supports Rails 8 and we don’t have to do both at the same time. Has not looked at PR to see what is remaining.

    2. Daniel will look next week if no one else looks into it… time is limited this week.

  2. Max: hyku PR reviews: asking for a review or info on how to make them more reviewable.

    1. for those working on multiple hykus… to make each app use its own internal network to clean up database issues. Does not break proxying because it has config hosts but has costs (ability to look at backing layers). May be better ways to hook up the proxy. @Rob Kaufman will look into PR to think if there are other options.

    2. Memoize site instance to limit postgres queries. Rob isn’t convinced it won’t bleed in production and will look at it a bit more to be careful.

  3. Brad: How to support multiple files in one fileset? File metadata is being created but only last one is stored in Fedora 7. In a Fedora 4 test environment. Everything seems to be going through Wings, even a new valkyrie work.

    1. Rob: Fedora 7 should not be using wings service. It’s supposed to support multiple files… may be a bug in the valkyrie transition code.

  4. Rob: Daniel identified an issue with valkyrie main re: ucf8 string?

    1. Valkyrie v3.6.1 release has fix, and already in Hyrax.

  5. Any slack calls or other PRs? none
