    1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call XXXX-XX-XX"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select Make a copy.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

        1. Space: Samvera

        2. Parent page: (Verify value is current year)

      4. Select Make a copy. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove Copy of, update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info.

      6. Click Publish. 

Meeting Notes

  1. Pinned dependencies are flagging security scans

    1. Does anyone have time to work on revisiting these pins?

    2. Mark has a need to fix this for a client

    3. Mark will produce a list

    4. Now is a good time to work on since release just got cut

  2. Clover iiif viewer in Hyku/Hyrax

    1. Hot swappable iiif viewers? Give the user the choice?

    2. Tenants may want to chose defaults / defaults per work type or file type?

    3. Consistency across UI vs. features for specific cases

    4. Does anyone have a feature comparison matrix?

      2. IIIF AV community has a matrix for comparing manifest producers and consumers

  3. IIIF manifests in nurax-pg don’t have top-level ids

    1. Is this only a problem with nurax-pg/koppie or all of Hyrax?

  4. What is the current status of batch import?

    1. Not bulkrax but batch add capability

    2. Deprecated in Hyku

    3. Work being done in Hyrax to get to a point with upgrading bulkrax to deprecate batch import

      1. @Rob Kaufman will be working on bulkrax upgrades in Hyrax/Hyku soon

    4. Something that breaks batch import still needs to be added in a major release
