    1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call XXXX-XX-XX"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select Make a copy.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

        1. Space: Samvera

        2. Parent page: (Verify value is current year)

      4. Select Make a copy. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove Copy of, update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info.

      6. Click Publish


Meeting Notes

  1. @LaRita Robinson and @Shana Moore spent the weekend getting the Hyrax build working again. They ask for others to look over their changes/workarounds to avoid further complications.

  2. @LaRita Robinson reports that Dassie is going incredibly slow.

  3. @Tracy McCormick 3 tickets open with Google Analytics issues. Ran tickets through Claude. That summary is in the #dev channel (https://samvera.slack.com/archives/C0F9JQJDQ/p1782485140171899). GA3 conventions aren’t working with GA4. All issues described in the tickets.

  4. Community Sprint went well:

    1. Poll for possible dates for the rest of the year’s Community Sprints is live.

    2. AI policy: guidance link provided.
