  • To Do: Use case to review: RDF that doesn’t work well for Hydra/Fedora environment (PREMIS, MODS)

    •  Is mapping round-trip-able? yes, it can be, but might not get back exact detail in MODS

    • make changes, sounds good

  • To Do: change list of fields in "For People" section based on comments and Predicate Decision Tree fields

    • Who created: might need this for asking questions; when using Github this is just part of what you can have with user ids; maybe use email address? need a property - maybe dcterms:creator

    • When created - date created and date modified both good to have

• Predicate Decision Tree

  • look at adding optional field for skos relationships (as defined in Functional Requirements doc)

    • add as optional on Predicate Decision Tree and group together in one bullet point

    • can be helpful as part of review process to prove what has been found/not found

• Hosting and Support

  • subdomain to use - currently vocab.projecthydra.org and projecthydra.org/ns have both had mentions

    • CurationConcerns/Hyrax already using projecthydra.org/ns

    • predicates that already exist would have to redirect either way

    • present to Karen and whatever subdomain is easier to implement or if Hydra Partners have a certain way it should be, that is fine

      • need to figure out how these redirect to vocab manager

• URI Selection Working Group

  • charter draft

    • number of people - 8-10 people; 4-5 people switching off every 6 months; use majority for voting and require quorum (5 people)

    • reject proposal, accept as-is, accept with changes

    • add to draft charge

    • Ryan might be interested in starting off facilitating

  • review process

    • maybe leave it for working group to define?

    • make suggestions 

    • request comes in, they come together in meeting (person making request can be asked to join the meeting), gather info to research for certain amount of time and then come back together to make decision or suggested changes
