Agenda:

  • Functional Requirements doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1G2LHArFRW-WdttH_YhNmAjf-Oe9EPZWSZQVap7lenQ8/edit?usp=sharing
    • Property example mock-ups (ss:arkivoChecksum and ss:importURL using Slash Recipe #5)
      • Complete RDF serialization: 2016-11-11.nt
      • Property HTML files:
        • arkivoChecksum.html
          • Suggestions from Steven:
            • Add links to what each properties definition is. See that the headers of http://homosaurus.org/terms/LGBTICommunity are clickable.
            • Add other formats (JSON-LD and TTL). There is a Ruby library that does this transition automatically. See bottom of the above linked page.
            • Add a "usage example(s)" predicate of some type. When using a linked vocabulary term, I always wish there were some examples of some data being used with it.
              • Not sure if examples will lend themselves well to usage examples but will try to show that - might need to add this to list of things we request for predicate creation, if we can define what we want here (showing domain and range, showing example values for context, describing situation where predicate is used, etc)
          • use Is Defined By to add in any other info that isn’t domain or range specific (link to Arkivo)
          • include prefix for each field label (rdfs:Range)
          • create JSON-LD and TTL versions of individual properties and overall property list (Ruby library exists so offering these versions is programmatically feasible)
        • importURL.html
      • Property RDF serialization:
      • index.html
    • Still need to email Hydra Power Steering re: hosting and support options - email hydra-steering@googlegroups.com
  • Predicate Decision Tree - https://docs.google.com/document/d/1oMvVlGuBwD5U1251oxNmTZn7WgkNTj6tF-k1hOYjnac/edit
    • Still need to discuss predicate review process with HMIG
    • will need to see how agenda shapes up - conversation may need to begin before HMIG meeting (Nov. 30) if meeting time is limited
  • Next URI Management WG meeting Tuesday, Nov. 29
    • review mock-ups
    • check in on conversation with hydra-steering and HMIG agenda/discussion
  • From Mark:
