Page turner for Hydra

Just prior to the meeting of the Hydra UK collaboration in July, there was an agreement between the LSE, Hull and Durham to pool efforts and produce a fully-featured page-turner based on the Internet Archive tool for use with Hydra (possibly more as a Blacklight plugin - tbd).  The three original universities all have some form of initial implementation.  York have expressed an interest in joining this effort.

As things stand, the intention is to try and organise a first joint planning meeting in early autumn
