      2. Do project partners need to be Hydra Partners? What is required of non partners as far as iCLA, cCLA, etc.?
      3. ACTION (Jon): Update Shared IR wiki to link to info on general Hydra wiki or website about IP and CLAs: Samvera Community Intellectual Property Licensing and Ownership
