This is a page for recording our decision making and design process around creating a shared data model for geospatial data in Fedora 4.Ā 

Questions:

  • Do we continue to use XML data streams (e.g., ISO19139 or FGDC) or do we convert those to RDF? Kim has some examples of what converting to RDF might look like.
  • How do we manage authority for place names?
