  • Extended thoughts on project roadmaps and timelines for releases; managing expectations within the group and beyond (also a discussion about any dependencies we might have on each other as developers, and determining what would work best to be successful with that)
  • Sharing information on work done with/for related projects, so as to better understand work or workflows that can be leveraged (e.g. not working in a Hydra vacuum but instead seeing related projects and learning from/collaborating with them as appropriate).
  • How we can all be good community members, both within the partner group and as ambassadors for Hydra writ large (standards in coding, tickets, other communication, presentations and appearances at conferences/gatherings/user groups, etc).
  • Plugin approach for sharing functionality (like Blacklight advanced search plugin)
