CircleCI credit costs have crept up over the last two months. We had a goal of eliminating CircleCI in favor of GitHub Actions. What are the remaining ways we are using CircleCI, that could be increasing and are candidates to move to Actions?
Hyrax: Need to get Fix all specs to run with flexible metadata enabled by orangewolf · Pull Request #7376 · samvera/hyrax merged, which adds a test app with flexible enabled, so we can get a release out soon

1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:
  1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call XXXX-XX-XX"
  2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select Make a copy.
  3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:
    1. Space: Samvera
    2. Parent page: (Verify value is current year)
  4. Select Make a copy. New page should be created.
  5. Modify the title to remove Copy of, update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info.
  6. Click Publish.

CircleCI is back to costing us money
1. Looks like Hyrax runs a “blank job” and several repositories have daily runs that either work or fail.
2. @Chris Colvard will take a ticket to remove the daily runs
3. @Heather Greer Klein will move us to the open source plan
Allinson app in Hyrax specs are working, Randal is reviewing that PR
Community sprint March 23rd-March 27th

3. would like to focus on video in iiif accessibility. @Nicholas Mark Homenda is suggesting a premeeting on this particular issue
