    1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call XXXX-XX-XX"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select “Make a copy”.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

        1. Space: Samvera

        2. Parent page: (Verify value is current year)

      4. Select “Duplicate”. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove "Duplicate of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish. 



Notes

    1. The chart came out of the IOI work in the sustaining Hyku IMLS grant

      1. IOI - Invest in Open Infrastructure, a consultant group who did a pros and cons analysis of how the development process, funding, and community interactions currently happen in Hyku

    2. The chart is a proposed best practice for efficient development in Hyku using a RACI structure which outlines who is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed for essential tasks

    3. The group that came up with the chart was made up of mostly repository managers and not as many devs so feedback from the dev side is requested

      1. If you have feedback, leave comments or questions on the chart

      2. There will be discussion tomorrow at the Hyku Interest Group meeting as well

    4. Leadership trio is Heather (Community Manager), Nic Don (Product Owner), Rob (Tech Lead)

  2. Hyrax PR for Ramp: https://github.com/samvera/hyrax/pull/7350

    1. Randall and Chris are reviewing the PR and discussing the implementation of Avalon’s viewer

    2. They are having some discussion around the right way to mix in the JavaScript dependencies

    3. Going to hold in draft form to continue the conversation around integrating React-based content

    4. A noted bug about mixed media

  3. Bulkrax upgrade

    1. Please report bugs ASAP using the link to Bulkrax issues on the Guided Import page of Hyku Demo

    2. The Notch8 team will change the name of the new feature in the code base

    3. There is a demo today at 1:30am ET and the last demo of this phase of work will be on Friday

      1. A link for the demo will be posted in the Hyku channel

  4. Hyku has a v7 release candidate

    1. Nic Don and other testers are creating issue tickets and most of the bugs that have been discovered have been minor so far

    2. Louisville created some accessibility tickets that need to be addressed for the v7 release

    3. Removing overrides in Hyku that bring in video and audio (prior to Hyrax support) can be removed in a v7.1 release
