    1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call XXXX-XX-XX"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select “Duplicate”.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

        1. Space: Samvera

        2. Parent page: (Verify value is current year)

      4. Select “Duplicate”. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove "Duplicate of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish. 



Notes

  1. Hyrax Status Update

    1. Maintenance WG will get Nurax PG flexible metadata config fix once the next sprint starts.

    2. Rob: Test app for flexible metadata could be 3 new sets of compose files that are not run on CI.

    3. WG will setup test app for ci as previously discussed

  2. Hyku status (Rob)

    1. Found spot in flexible metadata that is not loading schema quite right.

    2. Update order already gem to fix ordering. Propose folding into hyrax soon.

    3. 2 issues to fix for next release inc. ordering issue above

  3. Does rails 8 upgrade effort include Blacklight 8 upgrade?

    1. No. Needs to be addressed soon.
