    1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call XXXX-XX-XX"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select “Duplicate”.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

        1. Space: Samvera

        2. Parent page: (Verify value is current year)

      4. Select “Duplicate”. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove "Duplicate of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish.

    1. battling through 7.2 upgrade that targets Hyrax main

    2. embargo dates/times and release

      1. Involving the seconds around midnight and rather they are the start of the day or not

      2. Problem is in hydra-head and hyrax

      3. Causes embargoes in weird state, and easily happens since release jobs tend to run at top of hour

      4. needs specs working in hyrax, especially since the tests kind of relied on the bug to pass correctly

      5. Being hurt bad by dassie specs at nearly 45 minutes

        1. Mark B. might be able to help with that over Thanksgiving

        2. Are the slow things possibly backend specific so that each app doesn’t have to run all tests?

        3. Feature specs are probably the biggest problem

        4. @Daniel Pierce suggesting that the removal of a “lightweight collection” in tests might have added some time.
