Quick preview of remaining 2025 DocIG mtgs
- November 18th - mtg will be cancelled (this is the week of DLF Forum)
- December 16th - recap of DocIG’s main projects and work accomplished in 2025, and discuss what we want to prioritize in 2026
Check in/status update about discussion in last month’s mtg
- Proposal to relocate Hyrax developer focused Github documentation from Github wiki to documentation folder within the code base.
- Okay to continue using GitHub wiki as primary location for “tech docs” in the meantime
Rest of time: categorizing/prepping tickets in Doc Tasks Board
- Any issues that need coordination/feedback with other groups?

Additional questions or topics
- Julie: the roadmaps alignment group discussed doing a community sprint Dec 1 through Dec 5. There may be doc tickets that get picked up during that time.

- Proposal to relocate Hyrax developer focused Github documentation from Github wiki to documentation folder within the code base.
  - Mark is going to do a pilot but likely won’t be ready right away
- Okay to continue using GitHub wiki as primary location for “tech docs” in the meantime
Categorizing/prepping tickets in Doc Tasks Board
- Might rename the To Do column to describe the state of the tickets more clearly
  - Possible names: Triage, Backlog
- Draft tickets are in a non-ready status and need more details or acceptance criteria
