    1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call XXXX-XX-XX"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select “Duplicate”.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

        1. Space: Samvera

        2. Parent page: (Verify value is current year)

      4. Select “Duplicate”. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove "Duplicate of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish. 



Notes

  1. Effort to make gem release builds and pushes run from github actions.

    1. Initial experiment in samvera-labs/hyrax-iiif_av. Draft PR up for Hyrax.

    2. This will make synchronizing permissions between RubyGems and GitHub simpler.

    3. Using the gem push workflow has its own approval process that is limited to certain users (e.g. tech leads, product owners, etc)

  2. How does the recent RubyGems ownership concerns affect us?

    1. Still waiting to see where the larger community goes.

  3. Hyrax Rails 8 upgrade progress

    1. Randall has koppie building and running with only 4 spec failures, dassie has more.

    2. Core component upgrade are coming, might be good way to try out the new gem push system.

  4. Max has PR that needs review hyrax#7228

    1. Hyku camp can take a look at it together.

  5. Mark: May have found error in flex metadata profile in hyku. Would like to take it to Hyku office hours.

    1. What part of flex metadata does it touch? A field refers to a FileSet class that isn’t defined. Max is going to look at this too.

  6. Reminder to register Samvera Connect Online. Still space for repository showcases and lightning talks, and workshops still available.
