    1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call XXXX-XX-XX"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select “Duplicate”.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

        1. Space: Samvera

        2. Parent page: (Verify value is current year)

      4. Select “Duplicate”. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove "Duplicate of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish.

  4. Continuation of Fedora migration strategies - Jamen McGranahan

    1. Still looking for a migration strategy from data owned in Fedora 3 by Islandora

    2. Migrated 3 to 6 outside of hyrax, how to format it so that Hyrax 5 understands it

      1. Write a valkyrie adapater that can read fedora 3 specific islandora data, then use migration adapter that can use that adapter to read from the old and write to new f6

      2. Or do the same thing with already migrated f6 and modify an adapter to read that and re-write it

      3. mark: writing out json and then use bulkrax to re-import?  metadata, then pulling original binaries from original sources

      4. rob: creating exporters, like bagit with csv and files attached

      5. LaRita: when Notre Dame moved out of fedora 3, they used the fedora API to pull out the data (but I was already gone by the time they did that work so I don’t know exactly what they did, and they didn’t move to a samvera product.
