    1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call XXXX-XX-XX"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select copy.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

        1. Space: Samvera

        2. Parent page: (Verify value is current year)

      4. Select copy. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove "copy of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish.

  1. Hyrax WG Update (Randall)

    1. No release this time around.

  2. Hyku Update (Rob)

    1. Flex metadata branch

    2. (Shana) 6.2 release work - working through 3-4 bug tickets, hoping current PR is the last one before release candidate

      1. (Rob) includes flexible metadata schema validation

      2. considered making this 7.0 and dropping ActiveFedora / Wings support; deciding to keep it working & avoid upgrade cliff required additional work

      3. 6.1.1 release incl. batch add / edit fixes; in future community might consider changing batch edit to just permissions

  3. Current development sprints

    1. (Daniel) getting Bulkrax working within all 3 Nurax servers, adding some feature specs in Hyrax-land might help; some issues with browse-everything and JQuery-UI

  4. (Shana) Community memmber asked about Bulkrax API - is that supposed to be working?

    1. (Rob) it’s been a little abandoned but yes, it’s expected to work, and if it doesn’t, we should write more specs and get it working again - mostly Julie Allinson’s work - it’s never seen a lot of use and didn’t have a real concrete use case to begin with, just a customer requirement - might make more sense now in LLM world and could only take a few hours to bring up to code
