When working on a ticket, when is it done?
- Documentation is never done and never perfect. Whoever picks up the ticket decides when it is done.
- If there is more that needs to be added, another ticket can be created.

- Once a ticket is labeled and defined it will be converted to an issue

Rename the “Doc Type” label to “Audience”

Check permissions on the board for being able to edit/assign tickets
