Review a draft of a new community relationships diagram
- For: website, technology report
- Based on PALNI example (how we work together)
- Will try a scatter graph type approach to show relationships; pillars with the foundation across the top
- Heather and Nick will keep working on this
Roadmap draft
- Cross-technology roadmap draft, review and feedback specifically on what should be included on the wiki page for a non-technical audience. What kind of information do stakeholders for existing implementations want to see as a sign of community health?
- Want to develop a very outcome/problem focused roadmap for implementers to rally around, and for potential adopters/market to see. i.e. Hyku quality/Hyku growing up
Materials refresh
- Existing Samvera theme
- Working on simple slide templates for each platform. What other materials would be useful?
OR2025 table materials
- - what do we think about platform logo 1 inch pinback buttons? Would show who at OR uses or knows about the platforms, can give out at the repo showdown tables. Also will reorder stickers.

Rolling action items:

Samvera.org - when we have new case studies, link them to the corresponding subdomains and vice versa

Need to make sure all subdomains have the Samvera logo and link to samvera.org in the footer

Consider a “join the Community” section on the homepage with buttons for slack, mailing lists, join github, events calendar

Using Partner logos on a Partner page - possible to do, but requires getting permission from some institutions
