Julie created works with 150+ files in F6 Nurax - also entered her performance times while doing this in the internal performance testing doc.

Need to consider how people can “claim” a work once they’re working on it

• Contact Nick to be added as an admin

  • Maybe create a tester role?

  • They will still need to be added as that role

  • Change the work title to a unique name to indicate they are using it

  • Change it back once they’re done running the test cases

Need to add a README tab to the community testing spreadsheet before sending out - Julie to do this.

Performance Testing

• Some of these metrics may still need to be addressed (Test ID 1) because they seem less than ideal

  • Maybe needs some investigation

  • Julie - watching Sidekiq during this process and ti seemed to get through things quickly at first, but then it would slow

    • Possibly during the processing to IIIF

    • Some jobs are on a 5 min delay - relationship jobs?

    • Daniel - will see about adding this to the next Hyrax sprint

• Test ID 3 - seems much longer than it should be

Julie to try and get one more 150+ files works in and track where the process slows

• Incorporating Bulkrax into F6 Nurax is on the list of things to do too
