    • There was an attempt at this: https://github.com/samvera/maintenance/issues/83

    • There are still problems with the owners status which is not tied to Team membership

  • RubyGems permissions need to be reconciled

  • Proposal to develop a policy for determining when owner status should be rescinded or granted

    • Perhaps draft a policy and submit this to the WG for review

  • This does relate to the last item in the WG Charter

    • Annual auditing, perhaps with a breakout at Samvera Connect could be very valuable

  • First priority would be to have a document for identifying who should retain owner status

  • Continuous Integration troubleshooting required a certain GitHub Organization role

    • Perhaps this should be the maximum level of authorization?

• RubyGems

  • Hyrax Gem still lists authors who are not actively contributing to the public

    • Does not feel like this is an accurate list of authors

    • For some, it might be reasonable to revoke access and see if they request this in the future (as they cannot be contacted)

  • Google Sheet for the report contributor activity
