• Registration is at 48; generally around 150; promoting schedule should prompt more signups

• Day of roles:

  • host - Heather day 1 and Nick day 2

  • monitor chat for questions/technical issues - Emily and Margaret

• Other tasks:

  • copy and set up post-conference survey for attendees

    • ex: were themes helpful? anything we can do to make it easier for folks to submit presentations / present?

  • Set up folder for slides and send out to presenters/updaters

Tasks

• Heather will: post schedule in wiki and share in channels, send to those currently registered, promote registration in newsletter and blog post tomorrow.
