Registration is at 48; generally around 150; promoting schedule should prompt more signups
Day of roles:
host - Heather day 1 and Nick day 2
monitor chat for questions/technical issues - Emily and Margaret
Other tasks:
copy and set up post-conference survey for attendees
ex: were themes helpful? anything we can do to make it easier for folks to submit presentations / present?
Set up folder for slides and send out to presenters/updaters

Heather will: post schedule in wiki and share in channels, send to those currently registered, promote registration in newsletter and blog post tomorrow.
