Dev Congress work
First week of sprint was dev congress
Nurax-pg testing work, updating documentation, Hyrax onboarding
Next dev congress Jan 24-28, will have Hyrax onboarding at the onset
Hydra editor updated for Rails 6, moving to rest of Hyrax to Rails 6
Ongoing discussion of workflows and process for updating gems
Analytics PR merged - release imminent! Question re: semantic versioning!
Interested in a release but there is a change needed, must update an environment variable
With Rails 6 and other work, thoughts on releasing as version 4?
Sounds like something was broken and that it is fixable to address the variable change to keep it to a 3.x , would take work from Rob to find the issue, and can commit to finishing by next Friday
Will discuss a release at the end of next week
Also a yaml file change, Rob sure this can be addressed as well

Pledges and WG planning for January-April 2022
Julie is speaking with people who are pledged. Will keep sprint schedule for Hyrax WG. First week is the dev congress, will be looking at upgrading to Bootstrap 4 to get us closer to Rails 6
Another dependency for Bootstrap 4 is Blacklight at the same time. A branch with blacklight 7 would make the bootstrap upgrade something good for junior developers. If we can get a branch with blacklight 7 done then bootstrap will be straightforward
Chris Colvard will try to get a branch with BL-7 in place by the end of the year to see how many tests are failing
What we work on next year will change with pledges, and Julie is then hoping to shape the roadmap from there to see what is happening with Hyrax next year

Major version release will be needed soon. Hoping by end of year, but that is coming quickly.
