Authority Controlled Vocabulary Improvements

Summary

Linking metadata to authority controlled records is laborious, but valuable. It enables researchers to validate that a subject or person (or whatever) is indeed the exact thing they are trying to research (disambiguation), and also improves the discoverability of the information that librarians and archivists add to their repositories.

Problem statement

Hyku currently only supports the linking of a given metadata field to one and only one authority source per work type. Admins need it to support multiple authority sources for a given metadata field, which they will specify.
