Moving tickets to "done" was taking a long time, so we started bi-weekly work sessions (sessions to give the effort a boost. This is in addition to our bi-weekly working group meetings) to give the effort a boost.
The focus is on actually working through tickets as a group and delivering passing PRs by the end of the work session.
